VETERAN OWNED & AIR FORCE TRAINED
I'm Rob Leal, and I Come to Your RV
Most repair stories start the same way. Something quits — the A/C, the generator, a slide that won't come in — and the question stops being how do I fix this and becomes who's going to tow it, and how many weeks until I get it back?
That question is why On-Site Mobile RV Repair exists.
I founded this company in 2021 on a simple idea: RV owners shouldn't have to tow their home just to get it fixed. Your rig is where you sleep, where your family eats, where your dog knows the floor plan. Hauling it across the county to sit in a gravel lot for a month is a miserable way to solve a two-hour problem. So I bring the shop to you — driveway, campsite, storage lot. Same tools, same diagnostics, no tow bill.
What the Air Force Taught Me
Before RVs, I served in the U.S. Air Force. In the military you don't get to guess, and you don't slap a part on and hope. There's a procedure, and somebody's safety rides on you following it — whether or not anyone is watching.
That habit shows up here as diagnosis before a quote. I'd rather spend twenty extra minutes finding out why your converter is cooking batteries than sell you a converter and drive away. It shows up as telling you when a repair isn't worth the money, even when the honest answer pays me less. And it shows up in the follow-through: if something I touched isn't right, I come back.
Trained on the Systems That Actually Break
An RV is a house, a truck, and a boat's worth of systems bolted to one frame, vibrating down the highway at 60 mph. Being a good mechanic isn't enough — you have to know these systems.
I'm a Certified Lippert Landing Gear Specialist and Certified Lippert Slide-Out Technician, trained at Lippert's facility in Las Vegas. Day to day I work across rooftops on Dometic and Coleman ducted & non-ducted A/C's, Onan and Generac generators, battery banks, converters, inverters and 12VDC/120VAC electrical, plumbing and water heaters, slide-outs and leveling jacks, LPG systems, appliances, roof repair and resealing, awnings and slide toppers.
I Know These Roads
I'm based in Stockton, and the Central Valley isn't a generic service area to me — it's why certain repairs come up over and over. Our summers punish rooftop A/C units that were never sized for 105 degrees. Our dust finds every slide seal and generator air filter in the county. Knowing the climate means I show up with the right parts already on hand.
I serve Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Tracy, Modesto, Brentwood, Discovery Bay, Livermore, French Camp, Lathrop and surrounding communities — driveways, campgrounds, storage yards and roadside, seven days a week.
Ready when you are.
You call or message, we talk through the symptoms, and I show up prepared. I diagnose the actual cause, explain what I found in plain language, and give you the price before I turn a wrench. Most jobs finish the same day, right where your RV sits.
No towing. No shop queue. No wondering what happened to your camper for six weeks.
Call or text (209) 901-7667 — open 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week — or message us through the site to get on the schedule.
Veteran-owned. Locally run. I treat every RV like it's my own.

Ted W.
Rob really came through. I had a hard to obtain reservation for a campsite and my fuel pump went out. I called Rob on Wednesday and found out that he really doesn’t always do this type of work, as he typically repairs coaches more so than chassis. Rob said he would help after I told him my story. Rob showed up on time Thursday assessed the situation and got right to work. After by dropping the fuel tank and removing the fuel pump, he was able to find a solution to the problem of the part not being available, obtain the part and finished the repair early Friday afternoon. Hi ho hi ho off camping we go. Thanks Rob!
When the correct parts were not available to fix my furnace, rob went above any beyond to make sure my children wouldn't have to sleep in the cold on the last two nights of our camping trip. He should be your first call for a mobile on site tech.

Rob at On-Site-RV is highly skilled, very professional and kind. We knew we probably had a low voltage problem with the hydraulic jacks and slides. We just needed help retracting the jacks and slides. Rob knew just what to do, where to find the valves to manually retract everything and finished the job in less than an hour. His rates are competitive but also reasonable. Rob can be trusted. We highly recommend him for any of your RV repairs.
