AWNING & SLIDE TOPPER POLICY PAYMENT No deposit. Pay online when you book and get 20% off, or pay on site after the job. SLIDE TOPPER PRICING Mobile service fee for travel to your RV + 1.5 hrs installation labor + $15 per foot of topper fabric. Toppers keep water and debris off your slide roof and out of the seals. Awning fabric and electric awning motor work are separate jobs; ask and I'll quote them. GET THE RIGHT FABRIC Toppers and awnings are sized to your slide or awning. When you book, include your RV's year, make and model and the slide width if you know it. If the wrong size gets ordered because of bad information, a reorder may cost extra; if I measure it wrong, that's on me. TIME & BILLING If the job runs past 1.5 hrs because of rusted, stripped or broken hardware, I stop and give you the number before continuing. Nothing is added to your bill without your OK. PARTS Hardware, motors, arms and awning fabric are quoted before I install them. Some older awning parts are discontinued; if yours isn't worth repairing, I will say so and quote a replacement. WHAT I NEED ON SITE Keys or gate codes; permission to work there (some parks and storage lots bar contractors); room to fully extend the slide or awning, clear of trees, poles and neighbors; working power to run the slides; pets secured and room to park the truck. WEATHER Fabric work needs calm wind and a dry roof. If wind or rain makes the job unsafe, I will reschedule at no charge. NOT INCLUDED Slide-out mechanism, seal or motor repair (book Slide-Outs & Leveling for that); roof repair under the topper; body or frame work; towing; manufacturer warranty claims. WARRANTY Labor is warranted 90 days on the specific install or repair; if the same problem returns in that window I come back at no extra service call charge. Fabric and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Not covered: wind or storm damage, leaving an awning out in high wind, or work by others after mine.
