A/C SERVICE POLICY PAYMENT No deposit. Pay online when you book and get 20% off, or pay on site after the job. TIME & BILLING Billed by time, starting with a one-hour service call for travel to your RV. A/C Service: coil cleaning, capacitor check, gasket inspection, thermostat check and a temperature performance test. Capacitor Replacement: diagnosis plus the new capacitor installed. If work runs past your booked time, I stop and give you the number first. Nothing is added to your bill without your OK. NOT COOLING? THE DIAGNOSIS COMES FIRST If you're not sure why your A/C quit, you're paying for my time and my answer, not a guaranteed repair. You get a straight explanation and a quote to fix it. A lot of "dead" units turn out to be a capacitor, a breaker or a thermostat, and get fixed the same visit. PARTS Capacitors, filters and other parts are quoted before I install them. Some older units have discontinued parts; if yours isn't worth repairing, I will say so and quote a replacement. WHAT I NEED ON SITE Keys or gate codes; permission to work there (some parks and storage lots bar contractors); working power to the RV (shore power or a running generator), since an A/C can't be tested without it; clear access to the ceiling unit and thermostat; safe roof access; pets secured and room to park the truck. WEATHER Rooftop work needs a dry roof and calm wind. If rain, high wind or heat makes the roof unsafe, I will reschedule at no charge. NOT INCLUDED Engine, chassis and dash/cab air conditioning; towing; manufacturer warranty claims; body or frame work. I service the house side of your RV. WARRANTY Labor is warranted 90 days on the specific repair; if the same fault returns in that window I come back at no extra service call charge. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Not covered: a different fault, running a unit I advised you to shut down, or work by others after mine. SAFETY If I find unsafe wiring, a damaged roof around the unit or a fire risk, I will tell you and may decline to run the unit. I may decline for unsafe conditions and will reschedule, not charge you. Questions? Call or text Rob (209) 901-7667, 7 AM-9 PM daily.
